I just wanted to say a huge 'thank you' for the work you did here yesterday. My sprits were lifted by seeing the house so clean and shiny. It was lovely to get up this morning to a dust free and fresh house.

Joel cleaning is a rare find - the ladies I have are hard working, do a great clean, polite, very reliable and are so lovely with my daughter (who adores them). A great local, professional service that I would highly recommend.

I used the Joel Cleaning Services for the End of Tenancy cleaning of the one-bedroom flat in August 2019. All the communication was straightforward, mostly by email. The cleaning team was at my door exactly at the appointed hour. The quality of their work was excellent, it made happy my letting agent and the next tenant. Great job!

We used Keiry, she is a lovely person and have high standards! She helped me after I got my baby she did everything in my house from bed changing to all cupbords wiping and even helped with my washing hanging up what I was not allowed after the operation. I would her booking every time again. She is reliable and very good.

JCS have worked for Benslow Music Trust since February 2011; the length of time they have worked for us speaks volumes. Their standards are consistently high and they are reliable, (in fact they haven?t once let us down.) Due to the nature of our business we need a certain amount of flexibility which JCS accommodate and cover weekend and bank holiday work if required. The staff are a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a 5 star service.

Keiry and her team have proven to be totally reliable, professional and diligent. As well as being happy to tackle the big stuff - moving furniture, sorting out muddy boot rooms, cleaning bins and other similar challenges, they have an eye for detail, making a huge effort to make rooms thoroughly clean and welcoming, focusing on details such as researching correct products for different uses, remembering what items go where. A 'no stone left unturned' approach. They work hard, take pride and apply themselves during the time they are with us. They are friendly and happy to take feedback, and they really focus on the job in hand. I cannot fault them, they are truly the best help I've had in the house, and I always feel that they go above and beyond what is expected. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
