I used the Joel Cleaning Services for the End of Tenancy cleaning of the one-bedroom flat in August 2019. All the communication was straightforward, mostly by email. She helped me after I got my baby she did everything in my house from bed changing to all cupbords wiping and even helped with my washing hanging up what I was not allowed after the operation. Their standards are consistently high and they are reliable, (in fact they haven?t once let us down.) Due to the nature of our business we need a certain amount of flexibility which JCS accommodate and cover weekend and bank holiday work if required. Keiry and her team have proven to be totally reliable, professional and diligent. As well as being happy to tackle the big stuff - moving furniture, sorting out muddy boot rooms, cleaning bins and other similar challenges, they have an eye for detail, making a huge effort to make rooms thoroughly clean and welcoming, focusing on details such as researching correct products for different uses, remembering what items go where. A 'no stone left unturned' approach. They work hard, take pride and apply themselves during the time they are with us.
